Descriptions
The home autoclave is a specialized canning device made from a sturdy steel cylinder with a hermetically sealing lid that ensures pressure retention inside.
The vessel is equipped with a pressure gauge showing the current pressure (typically up to 4-5 Bar) and a temperature sensor (typically up to 120°C) for precise temperature control. The model features a digital control unit with a display mounted on the side of the body for setting and monitoring operating parameters.
The device can operate either on gas via a burner mounted under the vessel or on electricity through the built-in heater. The design includes a metal base and handles for safe lifting and carrying. The autoclave has valves for releasing excess pressure, ensuring safe operation at high temperature and pressure.
